Our URETEK team brings decades of practical engineering, geotechnical, and construction experience to help find the right solution for your foundation repair, infrastructure and soil stabilization needs. They’re here to help you solve your foundation or infrastructure problem and provide the appropriate solution that best fits your budget and needs. Each team member provides our award-winning customer service and abides by ethical standards.
Blake Grappe is our infrastructure representative with over 7 years in operations and sales experience. He has installed URETEK’s patented material with our zero-excavation technology in hundreds of underground infrastructure assets. He has worked closely with engineers, M.U.D. Districts, operators, and city officials on specifications, repair plans, and yearly maintenance contracts. Mr. Grappe is experienced in working within the confines of a budget to help customers achieve the most reward possible for each dollar spent.
Joe Badnek has been with URETEK for more than 10 years. He started out in operations where he gained an outstanding amount of practical experience working with URETEK’s innovative polymer injection process, URETEK Method. Joe is a solutions and customer service oriented Project Manager. If not developing a long-lasting foundation repair solutions, you can find Joe coaching at his sons’ youth sports leagues.
Before joining the team in 2014, Eric Peterson managed and coordinated assets at Onesubsea for North and South America/ Gulf of Mexico. Because of his years in management and coordination, Eric has become a detail and goal oriented individual. At URETEK, Eric specializes in providing infrastructure repair solutions in public works and offering non-invasive foundation repair for commercial customers. He is a Louisiana transplant and an avid outdoors-man.
Ray Terris, a Long Island native, has been living in Greater Houston for more than 30 years. He has been with URETEK ICR Gulf Coast since early 2016. Ray has a background in construction, plumbing, and roofing. As a Project Manager, Ray brings his entire wealth of knowledge to each job. He is committed to providing the best foundation repair solution every time.
Jonathan Friedmann joined URETEK ICR Gulf Coast in February 2017. A Louisiana native, Jonathan studied mechanical engineering at Louisiana Tech University. Prior to URETEK he was a mechanical engineer at Stewart and Stevenson and Dassault Falcon Jet. Today, as a Project Manager, Jonathan’s fastidiousness and work management experience is a boon to URETEK and clients. In his off-hours, Jonathan is an amateur craftsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children.
